Streaming TV and Radio Ads for Law Firms

We write, produce and run your firm's ads on streaming TV, streaming radio and social, shown only in the ZIP codes you take cases from. Your lawyer approves every script before anything runs.

Why firms are adding streaming TV and radio

Most people do not shop for a lawyer until the day they need one: after the crash, the arrest or the divorce papers. On that day they call the name they already know, or they search, and legal search terms are among the most expensive clicks in online advertising.

That is why the firms on billboards and in the local news breaks spend so heavily on TV and radio. Broadcast TV, though, sells a whole metro area through station contracts, which prices most firms out. Streaming TV and streaming radio are bought by audience and ZIP code with a daily budget, so a smaller firm can reach the same living rooms and car rides without a station contract.

Only pay for the area you take cases from

A lawyer licensed in Georgia has no use for viewers in Alabama, and most firms take the bulk of their cases from a handful of counties. Your budget should go there and nowhere else.

Streaming TV

Hulu, Roku, YouTube TV, Prime Video and more, targeted down to a single ZIP code. A firm in south Atlanta can run in 30315 and the neighbouring ZIP codes it serves instead of paying for the whole metro.

Streaming radio

Spotify, Pandora and iHeart, heard in your market on the commute and through the workday.

Social

Meta, TikTok and YouTube, targeted by ZIP code or a radius around your office.

What we make for your firm

Every ad is written for how people actually choose a lawyer. They want to know you handle their kind of case, that someone will pick up the phone, and what happens next.

  • Streaming TV spots, 15 and 30 seconds, made for the big screen.
  • Streaming radio spots, 30 seconds, written for the ear rather than adapted from the video.
  • Vertical versions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • No filming day. Ads can use an AI presenter, so nobody at the firm has to be on camera. The presenter appears as a spokesperson, never as one of your lawyers.

The message changes with the practice area

Personal injury

Speed and reassurance: who to call in the first hours after a crash, and that the consultation is free if yours is.

Criminal defense

Urgency and discretion: that someone answers now, if that is how your firm works.

Family law

A calm, private tone. People facing divorce or a custody fight want to feel understood before they feel sold to.

Estate planning

Clarity: the life events that should prompt a will or a trust, and your flat fees if you offer them.

Workers' compensation

Plain answers for injured workers, and the reassurance that you deal with the insurer so they do not have to.

Your lawyer has the final word

Lawyer advertising is regulated state by state, and most states base their rules on the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct. Georgia, for example, rewrote its rules on March 1, 2026 to follow the Model Rules closely. We write every script to the rules of the state you practise in, and nothing is produced until your firm's lawyer has approved it.

What we build into every script

  • Nothing false or misleading, and no promise of an outcome.
  • The name and contact details of your firm or a responsible lawyer, which the ABA Model Rules and most states require.
  • The disclosures your state requires when an ad uses actors, dramatized scenes or an AI presenter.
  • A past-results disclaimer whenever an ad mentions verdicts or settlements, where your state requires one.
  • No claim to be a certified specialist unless you are one.

Some states also require ads to be filed with the state bar. Florida requires most TV, radio and paid online ads to be filed at least 20 days before they first run, and Texas requires most ads to be filed within 10 days after. We deliver the final scripts and files your firm needs to file them.

A few states go further. California and Louisiana, for example, do not allow a non-lawyer to portray a lawyer at all, which is why our presenters always appear as spokespeople.

We are not your lawyers and this is not legal advice. Your firm's lawyer approves every ad and is responsible for its compliance.

What it costs

Campaigns can start from $50 a day in ad spend. Producing the ads is not included in that figure. Production and management are priced separately, scoped on a call and agreed with you before anything starts, because a single-channel test and a streaming TV, radio and social campaign are very different jobs. You will know the full number, and approve it, before we run anything.

Bring your website to the call and we will make a finished sample ad for your firm at no cost.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A call

We learn your practice areas, the counties you take cases from, and your budget.

  2. Step 2

    Scripts your lawyer approves

We write the scripts to your state's advertising rules. Your lawyer approves or edits them before anything is produced.

  3. Step 3

    Production and launch

We produce the TV, radio and social versions and launch them in your ZIP codes. Campaigns typically go live two to four weeks after the first call, depending mostly on how quickly scripts are approved.

  4. Step 4

    Reporting

Every campaign comes back with a report showing where your ad ran and what it did.

Questions law firms ask

How much does it cost to advertise a law firm on streaming TV?
Campaigns can start from $50 a day in ad spend. Producing the ads is not included in that figure: production and management are priced separately, scoped on a call and agreed with you before anything starts. There is no station contract and no need to buy a whole metro area.
Can we run ads only in the areas where we take cases?
Yes. Streaming TV can be targeted down to a single ZIP code, and social ads by ZIP code or a radius around your office, so your budget goes to households you can actually represent.
Who makes sure our ads follow the state bar's rules?
We write every script to the advertising rules of the state you practise in, and your firm's lawyer approves it before anything is produced. Your lawyer has the final word, because your firm is responsible for its own advertising.
Does anyone at the firm have to be on camera?
No. Ads can use an AI presenter, so there is no shoot to schedule. The presenter appears as a spokesperson, never as one of your lawyers, and the ad carries the disclosures your state requires.
Which practice areas do you make ads for?
Personal injury, criminal defense, family law, estate planning and workers' compensation are the most common fits for TV and radio. The approach works for any practice area that takes clients from a defined local area.
Is streaming TV better than broadcast TV for a law firm?
Not always. Broadcast still reaches the most people at once, which is why large firms buy it. Streaming TV makes sense when you want to reach specific ZIP codes, start with a smaller budget and see what the ads did, without committing to a whole metro area.
How long until our ads are live?
Typically two to four weeks from the first call, depending mostly on how quickly your lawyer approves the scripts. In states that review ads before they run, such as Florida, allow for the bar's filing period too.
